Dr. Sarah D. Jones is excited to serve as your Zambia trip leader! She has been a nurse for over 30 years, with experience in areas like emergency care, hospital leadership, and specialty units. As a first-generation college graduate and the first nurse in her family, she values helping students grow both personally and professionally.
Dr. Jones has been part of the Messiah University community since 2014, where she teaches and mentors nursing students to integrate faith, learning, and service. She looks forward to walking alongside you in Zambia as you learn, serve, and experience global health through a Christ-centered lens.
Outside of nursing, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three sons.
